LaserEquipment has a Service Department managed by an industry veteran and staffed by trained technicians to handle all the laser printer service and maintenance needs of our customers in metro Kansas City, Joplin, Springfield, Missouri and Omaha, Nebraska. Whenever you have printer problems, give us a call.
Our Service Department will quickly take care of such common maintenance and repair tasks as:
- Fuser assembly repair or replacement
- Upper and lower fan unit replacement
- Registration assembly repair
- Laser printer cleaning
- General maintenance
- Error code troubleshooting
- Print quality issues
- Jamming problems

For Metro Kansas City and Springfield, Mo. customers using our recycled toner cartridges, our first service call is free and includes a written proposal for any needed repairs. Our proposal will be on a parts plus labor basis. Our labor rates are one hour minimum and no travel charges in the metropolitan areas. They are $84 per hour for monochrome printers and $115/79 per hour for color laser printers.
If you’re outside metro areas, there is a two hour minimum charge but still no travel charges.
If you bring your malfunctioning printer to our shop and pick it up when it’s fixed, the rate is $59 per hour ($79 for color).
